As part of New Leaf Industries, our café serves as an apprenticeship site where individuals gain real-world experience in food preparation, hospitality, barista skills, inventory management, and health code compliance — all while working in a welcoming, community-centered environment.

Our cafés also serve as distribution points for Medically Tailored Meals, connecting our trainees’ efforts to a broader mission of community wellness. Whether preparing nutritious meals or offering a warm cup of coffee, our participants are learning to serve with purpose and build transferable skills that promote long-term independence and career readiness.
